Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited content and activities

You must not use the Service to generate, request, transmit, upload, store, publish or distribute:

• Sexual content: pornographic, adult or sexually explicit material; sexual services; and, absolutely and without exception, any sexual content involving minors or material that sexualises minors.
• Violent content: material depicting or glorifying extreme violence, gore, torture or cruelty; content that incites, promotes or facilitates violence, terrorism or self-harm.
• Illegal or unsafe content: material that is unlawful under Malaysian law or the law applicable to you; instructions enabling weapons, explosives, or chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear harm; material facilitating the production or supply of controlled substances; content promoting hatred against, or harassment of, individuals or groups on the basis of race, religion, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or other protected characteristics.
• Infringing content: material that infringes the copyright, trade marks, patents, trade secrets, publicity rights or other intellectual property rights of any person, including deliberate reproduction of protected works and use of a third party’s brand without authorisation.
• Deceptive content: fraud, phishing, scams, impersonation of any person or organisation, non-consensual deepfakes, and disinformation presented as fact.
• Privacy-invasive content: unlawful processing of personal data, unauthorised surveillance, doxxing, or submission of sensitive personal data without a lawful basis.

You must also not:

• attempt to bypass, disable or interfere with the safety filters, rate limits, authentication or security controls of the Service or of the underlying models;
• resell, sublicense or redistribute access to the Service except as expressly agreed with us in writing;
• use the Service to develop a competing AI model, or to scrape or extract model weights or training data; or
• use the Service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or that of our providers.

2. Your responsibility

You are responsible for your inputs, for any output you publish or rely on, and for the conduct of your end users. If you make the Service available to your own users, you must impose terms on them that are no less protective than this policy.

3. Reporting

Report suspected misuse to info@classmethod.my. We investigate every report we receive and acknowledge reports within 3 business days.

4. Enforcement

Where we find or reasonably suspect a breach, we may, depending on severity: issue a warning; restrict or throttle an API key; suspend or terminate the account without refund of consumed credit; preserve and disclose relevant records to law enforcement or a regulator where required by law; and notify the provider of the affected AI model.

Breaches involving child sexual abuse material or credible threats to life are reported to the relevant authorities immediately and result in permanent termination.
